My cloisonne designs are miniature works of art. It takes many hours or several days for me to complete each pendant, and each is a labor of love. Cloisonne is my favorite jewelry medium to explore and the technique I am most passionate about. I love color. Color makes a statement. I utilize a wide variety of subject matter for my cloisonne designs ranging from hearts, to dragonflies, to fish, to freeform colorful pieces. Most of the pendants shown here were created using transparent glass over fine silver. However, I included a cloisonne piece designed using transparent glass over copper enhanced with freshwater pearls, to demonstrate the difference between transparent glass fired over fine silver or copper.

As a side note: please do not compare or confuse my handcrafted cloisonne pendants with the machine-made mass-produced cloisonne pendants imported from foreign countries such as Japan. Mine are unique and one-of-a-kind miniature works of art.
